wong99 used our news submit to tell us that the German website Wonderboard has posted a link to a patch that fixes a problem introduced in Nero version 6.0.0.15. A while ago we reported that a bug in this latest Nero 6 version caused the software to refuse to burn oversized discs. Via this patch this bug can be fixed.

Since Nero Burning Rom v6.0.0.15 it's not possible to burn oversized CDs. However, Ahead's support team has released a Patch for this problem. You get the Patch on request by sending an email to Ahead. If you don't like to e-mail Ahead first you can also download this patch from us! Download |
Please note that installing this patch is done at your own risk. According to this thread on our Recording Software Forum the patch seems to work fine
and does indeed solve the problem. More information on the patch including other
