Ahead's InCD version 3.28.0 released

freakcd used our newssubmit to tell us that a new version of Ahead's packet writing software, InCD has been released:

With this version an was error fixed, caused in certain circumstances a problem with installed CD/DVD drives. The drives were displayed after the installation of InCD with an exclamation mark in the device manager and were deactivated.
