Just recently, AllofMP3 has won a legal case against Rosbank, which found that as Media Services has not been convicted of any crime, Rosbank did not have the right to break its contract with AllofMP3 for processing credit card payments. Unfortunately for Media Services, despite AllofMP3 winning its case, the ruling does not apply to international customers going by this Slyck report. As a result, anyone (at least outside of Russia) who tries buying credit on AllofMP3 or AllTunes will get a "Payment temporarily unavailable" while trying to do so.
Even though Media Services is now behind the MP3Sparks service, the AllofMP3.ru website has now started showing signs of life again. At present, it only displays its former news section with a heading saying "The site has moved to .RU". When a news article is opened, it shows a non-functioning "Music Catalogue" link.
