Freecom introduces a mini CD/MP3 player. It's small, low weight and looks nice. It is not using normal cd's but small-size cd's (8 cm). U can burn up to 210 minutes (185 MB) of music on one mini CD-R with your CD writer.
Next to the increase in capacity and improved compatibility, another important step is taken with the new 8 cm CD-R: more people can enjoy the freedom of music on the move. No more expensive media: the Freecom Beatman is for everyone. The Mini CD-Rs will be available in retail outlets for less than 2 Euro.Other type of devices that are based for example on hard drives are, despite they have a big capacity, extremely expensive. Again the Freecom Beatman offers a solution: The Beatman, will be available in the summer of 2001. It will retail at around 149 Euro. |
Also including an integrated anti-shock mechanism, and with it's small size and big capacity, I think it's a nice wannahave
