Blindwrite version 4.5.3 released, optimized for Plextor Premium

R!Co used our news submit to tell us that VSO Software has released an update for their Blindwrite software. According to the changelog this version has been optimized for the Plextor Premium recorder.

Based on the information metioned in this thread on our Plextor Forum it seems that the Plextor Premium drive can now copy certain copy-protections that were before very difficult to back-up...

Blindwrite v4.5.3:

Fixed CD-TEXT was not properly burned when using DAO PW writing mode
Fixed some issues in BW that caused bus reset when trying to erase RW media
Optimized for Plextor Premium drive (need firmware 1.03 +)

the next MAJOR version of blindwrite ( V5 ), if you want to assist us, we
are looking for a dozen of motivated people to test and give their opinion
