This drive features BD-ROM reading at 4x, CD-R/RW reading at 32x, DVD+R/RW reading at 12x/8x and DVD+R DL reading capabilities at 8x. By default this drive is not able to read DVD-RAM media, but it is possible to add this feature by installing the proper firmware.
