BurnFre@k let us know that CDRWin version 5.0 can be found on the Padus FTP server. As you can imagine the FTP server is severely overloaded so getting this new version can be a problem. Try downloading it from ftp://free.padus.com/cdrwin5.
As you can see in my screenshot below of the FTP server the version numbers are 5.0E (English) [7.26MB] and 5.0G (German) [7.32MB]:
