CDRoller version 4.34 released, recovers your data and more

H-EvA-K used our news submit to tell us that recovery software CDRoller has been updated. CDRoller can be used to retrieve data from discs created by "drag and drop" CD writing software (DirectCD and InCD). Besides that it can recover CD data created by Sony digital cameras, retrieve back up files from discs recorded in several stages (multisession CDs), find and retrieve lost files on UDF discs and rescue CD data from scratched, damaged or defective discs. A complete list of features can be found on the CDRoller website. Here's the changelog for the latest version:

CDRoller v4.34:

  • Decompressor of Roxio (Adaptec) DirectCD files is updated. Rescue option is included into the list of commands for "on-the-fly" recovery of the compressed files. In addition, you can now unpack the files found by the forced option of Scan UDF Disc.
  • Fixed the problems when starting CDRoller in the configuration with Yamaha CD-RW drives.
  • Minor bugs fixed.
