a review on DVDxCopy EXPRESS, software developed by 321 Studios and
controversial in the United States because it circumvents the DVD copy
protection. The software basically is able to remove unneeded extras on the DVD
(re-author) and compress the movie (transcode) when it doesn't fit to a DVD
recordable at once. The reviewer of the software was very clear about the

DVDXCOPY Xpress is a life saver. There isn't
much to write about. You install it, you run it, put your Original in, put
your Blank in, and click one button. That's it. It's a tool that is
extremely useful. I had an issue getting my version in my computer. It
didn't want to load the VSO drivers for some reason. The first tech guy I
got went through a few things, but didn't really have the ability or the
time to help me, his supervisor yanked him off the call after about 30
minutes of helping me. I was a bit let down by that. I called back though
and got a guy that was able to fix me up in about 10 minutes. I guess I've
had issues like that with a lot of companies, and some of them didn't have
courteous employees. These guys were very personable, and even though the
first one wasn't able to help me out, he was very nice and didn't make me
feel like I was the idiot. I believe the second guy's name was Jason so
you might want to ask for him 🙂
