DivXToDVD fixes conversion crash bug and Blindwrite updated

Savannah used our news submit to tell us "The 1-click DivxToDVD solution just gets better! Yay!" Looks like VSO is listening to input received and is continuing to develop this product. They have added in some new options and fixed a couple bugs too while they were at it..

To reply to the most popular questions, yes the upcoming PRO version will include more features, more format, menu, subtitle support, various optimization, several settings, just be patient, before to do a pro version we want to collect feedbacks about the engine used. At this time, you are reporting it is fast and the quality is good. Thanks again for your patience and thanks to all people helping in order to improve the products.

DivXToDVD Version 0.1.2 changes :

Bug Fixes:

  • conversion crash if source file was > 2 Gigs
  • NTSC frame rate to 29.97 Fps instead of 30 Fps
  • some loading crashes with some computers

Added:

  • a combo to select the output video standard (automatic, force PAL or force NTSC)
  • Support more sub-formats.

In Blindwrite we fixed a problem in the installation script causing the VSO starter to crash. People using CopyToDVD in addition of BlindWrite should not be affected.
