Looks like we can expect some deals coming our way for certain DVD burners. According to DigiTimes this morning, they are saying by the end of the 3rd quarter, prices are going to be reduced again. In the article, they mention that we can expect to see 16x dual layer DVD writers offered for less than 30 dollars at the retail level! The purpose of the price reduction, is to clear inventory that has been made necessary, due to a move to Super Multi burners and also the newer, 18x models.
