DVD Region-Free removes the barriers that keep DVD players from recognizing formats from other parts of the world. The software enables people to watch and copy DVDs from any region on all (including region- protected) DVD drives. The software removes region codes, CSS encryption, analog copy protection, and user operation prohibitions, so users can change soundtracks on the fly, hide subtitles, and customize their DVDs.
DVD Region-Free works along with other software for playing and copying DVDs, such as PowerDVD and DVD X Copy. The latest version also supports CloneDVD 2, Nero ShowTime, and InterVideo DVD Copy 2.
