The website Mid-day.com reports that the first copy protected audio CD has hit the
Indian music market. The CD from singer Jagjit Sighn is according to the singer
difficult to duplicate or to be distributed to the internet. According to the
web site this is also the first time no audio casettes were available before the
movie launch.
 Speaking
at the music launch function of the movie, Ghai said for the first time in
the history of Indian cinema, no audio cassettes of the film would be
available initially and they would be released later. The CDs were
released by Singer Jagjit Singh.
Four legendary voices--Asha Bhosle, Jagjit
Singh, Usha Uthup and Adnam Sami -- come together to elevate the fusion
music by Tabun Sutradhar. Ghai himself has penned the lyrics for two songs
in the film.
