First patched firmware for NEC ND6650A available

Liggy used our news submit to tell us "This should be the first modified firmware for NEC"s latest slimline DVD burner. Forum thread is available at this location for more info on this release visitthere.

I just finished my work on modifying the 6650 firmware 1.23 and the corresponding page on Dee"s and my site. The firmware contains bitsetting on all plus discs and there is a riplock removed and rpc1 version available.

These firmwares are untested, so you may encounter problems when trying this firmware. Download ND6650A 1.23 bitsetting, riplock removed and RPC1 firmwares from Liggy and Dee's modified firmware site.
