Many of you might know that CD Freaks is now providing a firmware update service, our firmware guys Dave, Henk and Dennis are adding new firmwares and their changelog to our firmware section all the time. But did you also know you can comment on the firmware updates? This is very usefull to share the results of the firmware update and to let others know if the firmware update fixes and problems (or introduces some).
Besides that, we now also offer the ability to comment on individual drives. By clicking a brand, and selecting a model, you will come to a page where you can find all firmware updates of that drive and are able to comment on it. Besides that it contains a link to find the best price of the drive and a link that finds reviews of the drive.

Asus CRW-5224A
The system works like a directory/folder like in your Window Explorer. First you select a brand , then a model and then a firmware. Newly added firmware will be tracked by the firmware update tracker on the left side of this page.
