For the one`s who dont know what Strike force is its a Counter Stike like mod for unreal tournament.
I wanted to let the entire community know that we had a person outside the team hack our ftp and steal Strike Force 1.6. The reason I am letting you all know this is because this person has set the release date back. We were going to release as early as next week until we found out about this. Read on for more info..... SgtDA who has been around the community for a while, he has sent off several emails to people saying he had our code. He joined one of our test servers and he sent pictures showing the code on his computer. |
He basically taunted me and others and is saying he may release the code to other people. Well as of now I don't plan any legal action, I want to let the community deal with him. Basically this person has ruined the release date for everyone and he has made it so some team members can't even get the code. I had to delete everything off the server and now I am looking for a new place to store it.
