You've probably seen them on other sites too, links and buttons that ask you to donate. As the internet advertising is really really bad, we also decided this is one of the few ways we can get some money.
We are currently able to survive with the site, thanks to some friendly people we are able to afford the server and bandwidth (for now) but we currently have other expenses that need to be covered and where your help would be really appreciated.
As you might know we have a very populair forum, with over 13.000 members it's one of the largest and most active CD-R related searchable knowlegde bases you will find on the internet, but we need money to keep everyone updated.
What we currently need:
Unfortunately everyone who works for CD Freaks currently has to pay this from their own money, we hope that some of you, who can spare 1$ dollar or more, would be so kind to donate it to us. We have setup a PayPal account where you can securily donate money with your creditcard.
We do understand that not everyone has a creditcard and we also know that certainly not everyone is willing to pay for our site. We don't expect you to do so, but we would really appreciate it !

As said before, the money will be used to purchase games and media, and whatever popups that might need some research. So the money will in the end benefit the whole community. We won't spend it on beer or women
