InterVideo, Inc. announced today that it has teamed with asknet AG, of Germany,
a leader in digital software logistics services, to distribute InterVideo's
complete line of digital video software products in Europe. The partnership with
asknet expands InterVideo's European market presence and provides its customers
with the ability to purchase and download InterVideo software online 24 hours a
day.
asknet will support InterVideo products in eight
languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish and
Dutch and will accept three currencies: US dollars, British Pounds and the Euro.
In addition, Asknet will offer alternate payment methods such as bank transfers
and debit cards. Foreign language customer support for transaction issues will
also be available. The services provided by asknet will be integrated with
InterVideo's web site, www.intervideo.com.

InterVideo DVD Copy makes 1:1 copies of personal
DVDs and CDs without. DVD Copy records in a single pass, rather than making the
user wait while the video is buffered on the hard drive before recording. With
InterVideo's Direct Recording technology, users can make archive and backup
copies of their DVD movies and home videos significantly faster than other
solutions that are currently available. InterVideo DVD Copy does not support
copying CSS-encrypted movies.
