KaZaA 3.0 offers unlimited free Internet phone calls

We haven't heard much about KaZaA since we have reported thatKaZaA has lost its #1 spot to eDonkey/Overnet P2P network, but today you can read some interesting news over at the Sharman Networks Homepage.

The company has just launched version 3.0 of its popular file-sharing software KaZaA. Besides the integration of Skype, a software which enables the user to place free internet calls anywhere in the world, the new version includes improved search capabilities with up to 3,000 more results per search.

Skype is a Peer-2-Peer based internet phone software created by Niklas Zennstré¶m and Janus Friis the co-founders of KaZaA.
