Europe's main portal of reviewing Media Player hardware has publicly launched it's frustration with former KiSS-Technology, now owned by Linksys, a subsidiary of Cisco. MPC claims no adequate support is delivered and the failure prone products cause hundreds of consumers to get stuck with an overpriced product with no hope to a resolution in the future.
As a result, complaints are piling up and MPC issued a press release after the Danish company and Linksys seem to ignore all efforts to get support and uses stall tactics, wasting time in the hope that the need of support will eventually dissapear.
