Lite-On has released new firmwares for some CD and DVD writers

It seems the colorful and lively LiteOn site, has some of their famous match more media firmware upgrades, for both DVD dual format drives and also an update for their 52x CD writer the 5238S.

DVD dual firmware upgrades for the folllowing drives:

SOHW-812S ( 8x 4x / 8x 4x + 40x 24x 40x ). DVD Dual Firmware DR8USON.zip file date of 5/26/04
SOHW-812SX ( 8x 4x / 8x 4x + 40x 24x 40x ) External DVD Dual Firmware. DR8USON.zip file date 5/26/04
SDW-431SX ( 4x 2x / 2x 2x + 24x 10x 24x ) EXTERNAL SLIM DVD Dual Firmware. DR4MS0K.zip file date 2004/05/11
