More Plextor 40x news

Remember a while ago our news-item about the Plex 40x? No? Please read this first then.

Plextor PX-W4012TS has been spotted at Japan. The drive's initial retail price was expected around 25.000 Yen ($187) but...Plextor dropped prices and now you will find drive at the price tag of 18,800 Yen - 20,800 Yen ($141-156).

But TS? Doesn't that means SCSI? I really hope so. Everyone is telling me the 40x will be an IDE drive. But I really really hope this is a SCSI one.

And a drop of $46 is of course a nice surprise.
