Who doesn't know Nero?
To record a Super VideoCD (SVCD), you need files in an SVCD compatible format. The MPEG2 Plugin will transform your video files into the format necessary for SVCD. This plugin for Nero will be availabe at the 21st of September 2001.

Unzip it in:
win2k/xp/me: %WINDIR%/system32
win9x: %WINDIR%/system
You can unzip it in your Nero-folder too. Default = C:Program FilesaheadNero
