Just several days ago, Nero released an update for the Nero itself, but without any changelog to what has been updated. Now they have done quite a number of updates to the components of its multimedia package - Nero Vision Express 3, Nero PhotoSnap, Nero Recode 2 and Nero MediaHome. Nero Vision Express has quite a number of changes made as well as several new features such as add support for the NeroDigital file format and MP3 files with an image.
Nero PhotoSnap and Nero Recode have just a few bug fixes and new features. Finally Nero MediaHome is suppose to have significantly improved compatibility with 3rd party devices, more stability and reliability, include help support as well as several other small additions and bug fixes. Bug Fixes - Improved stability of the transcoding process

- When importing a DVD VR disc made with the PSX, NeroVision Express had a compatibility problem in handling such sources
- Creating a DVD-Video disc with an animated menu and audio background caused a playback problem on some CE DVD-Video players
- During playback in the "Make Movie" page the split button was disabled
- Writing a compilation failed if no media was inserted when writing started
- A NeroVision Express project, saved with a previous application version could not be loaded anymore
- Auto playback of a DVD-Video disc was not working correctly. The titles did not play in the correct order
- NeroVision Express did not correctly import VR content if the imported title names were in multibyte characters
- When capturing from a DV source there was no preview available
- Some *.MP4 files caused a problem during the transcoding operation
- Finalizing a DVD-RW VR was not working on Windows 98SE
- Selecting more than one title to import from a DVD-Video source(e.g. DVD-Video disc) produced an error reprting insufficient space on the HDD

Bug Fixes - Images in certain formats (e.g. *tiff; *.tga) saved by Nero PhotoSnap Editor could not be loaded anymore by other imaging applications
- Nero PhotoSnap Viewer always opened images in full screen mode on first start
- Nero PhotoSnap Editor/Viewer sometimes failed to load an image when running with restricted user rights on a NT system
- Corrected some cosmetic problems in the user interface

While Nero has not released any changelog between 6.6.0.5 and 6.6.0.6, it looks like they have been putting a lot of work into their multimedia audio and video encoding suite.
