New Cinema Craft Encoder version released, fixes bugs

H-EvA-K used our news submit to tell us that a new version of Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE) Basic has recently been released. CCE is a high-speed software MPEG-2 encoder (list of features can be found here):

Cinema Craft Encoder v2.67.01.11: Bug Fix Timecode in ecl file was not properly set. Change Modified to call ICLocate when ICOpen failed.
