According to a news published at Reuters, Toshiba is delaying its fifth flash memory manufacturing plant construction because of disadvantageous market conditions.
As reported in the news, prices for flash memory fell by 70 percent in 2006 due to competition between Toshiba and Samsung, and this made Toshiba reconsider about the new plant construction.
