PeerGuardian v1.99b now available, adds auto-update function

as GristyMcFisty informs us that
PeerGuardian version 1.99b Pre 4 has been released yesterday. For those of you who don't know the software, with
PeerGuardian you can block certain IP addresses so that these addresses
cannot check which files you're sharing.
