Philips launches new Firmware page

In the past it has been a bit frustrating for Philips ODD users to find the proper or a new firmware update for their drives. One reason for this was the complicated webpage navigation together with that the webpage was rather outdated then updated.

 

This morning we got an email from Philips' Technical & Application Support Manager in TheNetherlands:

 

 

We have finally created our own Philps storage update page and would like to offer all the Philips users this service as soon as possible.

 We have been working ourselves crazy to increase the quality of the Philips drives and finally to able to offer the proper customer service by creating this website.

This period that Philips consumers have always been struggling to find their update on the Philips.com site, belongs to the past.


The new page is life and available on a Philips micro site server
