GristyMcFisty used our news submit to tell us some good news, as it seems that 16x DL DVD drives prices continue to fall!
Retail prices of 16x DVD DL (single-sided double-layer) burners last week dropped to NT$3,500 for some local brands in Taiwan, NT$3,700-3,900 for Hitachi-LG Data Storage (HLDS) and Toshiba-Samsung Storage Technology (TSST) models and NT$4,000 for Pioneer and Sony units, according to sources in the local retail channel. The price drop may be due to the fact that HLDS will introduce its Super Multi models to the local market next week. |
Any time you see some good deals out there, don't forget to share them with fellow CD Freaks in the Bargain Basement Forum. Looks like we are in for a nice fourth quarter for those in the market for a new faster drive.
