SONICblue, formerly know as the graphics chip maker S3, has today unveilled a new member of it's family of audio players. The Rio advanced digital audio center, is a new device that should be the center of your digital audio fun.
With a 40 GB harddrive and a build-in CD-RW drive you are able to rip and store thousands of MP3 files in the device, and because of it's build in modem, integrated 10mbps Home PNA connector or via a USB Ethernet adapter you are able to play the music around your house.
The modem will also connect to the internet to find the song names trought the CDDB database. Besides that it can connect to your portable MP3 player and you are able to connect 8 receivers that can all play different songs.
