Seagate Barracuda 750 GB SATA II hard drive reviewed @The Tech Lounge

Let's face it: hard disc capacity is never enough, and Seagate Barracuda 750 GB is certainly an interesting drive that uses the new perpendicular recording technology. Whoever is interested, can read a review of this drive at The Tech Lounge. Besides the long time necessary to format the drive, this HDD features very good performance, but according to the reviewer it can be problematic if you plan to install this drive on an external enclosure because of the heat generated.

A couple of these drives are certainly a good choice to build a NAS system to be used, for example, with a media center PC to store your entire movie collection.
