JackiRipper2000, petspeed, Dragon4711 and serial_sam all reported to us that SlySoft has just released a new version of the CloneCD software. According to the change log this version has some changes that will make a lot of people very happy: CloneCD can now copy and emulate the SafeDisc 3 copy protection! Here is the complete change log:

- Can now emulate SafeDisc 3 weak sectors
- Can now copy SafeDisc 3 protected DVDs
- Can now copy SafeDisc 3 protected CDs
- DVDs can now be saved as .iso files
- Silent Mode for installer (option /S)
- NEC (and compatible) DVD Writers will now write DVD+R Dual Layer with booktype set to DVD-ROM
- Added DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW to "Hide CDR-Media"
- Fix: Single drive DVD copy
- Fix: Write Speed setting for DVD media
- Change: no longer accepts elby keycodes.elby Customers may contact SlySoft support for a special upgrade offer
- Change: Removed "About" Sound
- Change: "Hide CDR Media" is now switched off by default
- Some minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages

SlySoft has released another update for CloneCD (v5.0.2.2) which resets the
trial period.
