Over at our CloneCD Forum there have been some reports that CloneCD 4 will report your writer is not supported (unit can't write 96 bytes of SubChannel Data). Luckily Oliver Kastl also hangs around the forums and he has posted a solution for now:
Right click on the writer. Now select "Settings". A window opens. Click "OK". Now you can burn. (This applies for all writers which became "incompatible" with CCD4 BETA 9)
You only have to do this once. If you exit CloneCD and start it again, you don't need to do this "trick" again.
