SoundExpert codec rating system

Today I found the internet page of SoundExpert. This is a rating system that helps the internet community to evaluate perceptual quality of audio codecs by means of blind testing. You can help by downloading a test file and send back your judgment.

Blind testing" means that participants have no information about the codecs used to prepare sound material in their test files. SoundExpert automatically unblinds all received data and presents them in the form of ratings. Remember, that reliability of ratings depends upon the quantity of participants and the "quality" of their grades. So, please, be more precise and active!

You can use almost any computer for testing. All you need is to unpack the downloaded RAR archive and listen WAV file.
