Alert customs officials at Johannesburg International Airport have seized thousands of counterfeit DVDs of Spider-man II, on Friday. The article does not mention whether these are cam-corder type copies, or if they are from a screener or some digital source.

A further 900 counterfeit DVDs of various film titles were also seized. The consignment was flown in on a flight from Singapore and were found in two wooden containers in the cargo section. |
Customs officials said that the shipment came with false documentation that claimed the crates held mass metres inside. The customs people said that the first Spiderman was heavily pirated and they felt this movie was going to be as well.
