European Telecom Standards Institute (ETSI), has created a group that is going to design a standard interface for privacy intrusion, in other words information interception. The new standard is to be implememted in all new Communications systems all over Europe.
This also means that it isn't just your own country's intelligense agency that can spy on you, but also all other european agencies.
