Featuring a lot of advanced video editing capabilities, the reviewed version was officially licensed with the DivX® codec and it allows to create also DivX contents with menus and chapters.
TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 is also able to produce Hi Definition DivX contents (1280 x 720) and other than encoding it is able to transcode (i.e. shrink) DVD video contents to fit on a single or a dual layer disc.
