On a press release, Transcend announced the new SD/MMC Card Reader S5. The device can be plugged directly on an USB port and is capable of data transfer rates up to 480Mb/s.
Moreover, it supports the latest SDHC standard for hi-end large capacity memory cards. The reader also gives you the added benefit of accessing data from newer, mini-size mobile phone memory cards such as miniSD™, microSD™ and MMCmicro™ via an adapter.
