Thanks to Chuck for the FYI on this. The program or trojan is called "Microsoft Windows XP & Office XP Unused Serial Number Generator" from Elite Hackers. Chuck just opened it and then looked into exe file. Then I saw the sentence "You did a piracy, you deserve it." He claims it will delete all your files after your computer is rebooted. |
If someone already executed this program, do not reboot the computer. Open regedit and go to HKCUSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun. > From there, delete reference to whismng.exe.HTH
