Ulead and DivXNetworks announce licensing agreement

DivXNetworks, Inc., the company behind the
patent-pending DivX video compression technology and Ulead Systems, Inc., a
leading developer of image editing, video editing, 3D animation and DVD
authoring software, today announced a comprehensive software licensing and
product integration partnership. In the agreement, Ulead has licensed DivX video
compression technology to distribute to its OEM partners along with the
company's Ulead VideoStudio and Ulead MediaStudio Pro video editing software.

consumer and professional video editing software will offer video
hobbyists and professional videographers a complete solution for creating
high-quality home movies and professional video productions on their PCs,"
