Update of Adaptec ASPI layer to version 4.70

steve45 and SaTaN used our newssubmit to tell us about a new ASPI package:

ASPI Driver package for Windows computers, to support third party hardware and software. Includes ASPI drivers version 4.70 for Windows 98, NT 4, Me, 2000 and XP. Also includes ASPICHK version checking utility.

But the best thing is, you don't need FreeASPI or ASPI4ALL anymore, v4.70 doesn't check if you own an adaptec product.
