CDRWcentral.com has made a review on the latest version of VOB's InstantCD/DVD. The software that we lately introduced as the follow up for CloneCD, is here tested if it can defeat WinonCD (That is clearly the favorite of the guys of CDRWcentral) or Nero 5.xx.xx.
Reading the review I personally was very impressed by the looks of this software, in general it's a beauty ! Here's the conclusion.
InstantCD/DVD 6 has a lot going for it for. It just needs a few tweaks here and there to bring it into contention with the likes of Nero 5.5.x.x and WinOnCD 3.8 PE. |
We prefer to use WinOnCD 3.8 PE. We have not really found a program that's as versatile as WinOnCD 3.8 PE and easy to use at the same time.
There are drawbacks to each program. Some can save ISO files and also use this ISO files to make a new CD, while others can not. Some can not use cue files that another program made.
We will have a look at InstantCD/DVD again when VOB have made it easier to use, and changed the way some of the options work. It would also be nice to see InstantCD/DVD be able to use 'cue' files that are made with CDRWin.
