CD Freaks Merchandise News
The previous year we sold merchandise, and we managed to get everything on time to everyone. This time we had a delay of several weeks, because the company we ordered the shirts from had changed factory and this factory was very, very slow. Today, after weeks delay and hundreds of phone calls, we finally received the shirts, mousepads, polo's etc. We were very happy they finally arrived, and were ready to pack them and ship them. Then we openend the boxes. How disappointed we were!! Below you will find the pictures of the things as we received them, and this is certainly not what we had ordered. There is no sign of our logo, only CD Freaks.com is pressed on them, and they look very amateuristic. This is certainly not what we are planning to send to those who have paid for the products with a much more better design.

You see the logo is a 'little' different from the one we would like.
Therefor we have the sad news that you will have two choices. We have had the company sign a contract in which they have to promise the next things:
(1) Monday: new shirts will be ordered
(2) Thuesday: the shirts will be deliverd at the factory
(3) Wednesday & Thursday: everything will be reprinted
(4) Friday: we will receive everything - final deadline
If we don't receive the merchandise on friday we will get our money back and we will refund everyone.
Unfortunately we understand that many of you probably don't care about our problems, and therefor we understand that you might want your money back. If you want to cancel your order you can mail us here: robin.van.lieshout@cdfreaks.com.
If you think your merchandise is important and you are willing to help us then we please ask you to wait another week. If we don't receive the products by then, we will send the money back to everyone who ordered. We are very sorry for the inconvience and really dissapointed in the company we have placed the order.
