Software and tech services company CloudCommerce recently announced its collaboration with Audacy Inc to add digital audio to its SWARM solution, according to a press release published at Globe Newswire.
SWARM, CloudCommerce’s advertising solution powered by artificial intelligence (AI) will now cover programmatic audio advertisements. The development is expected to reach more than 170 million consumers per month.
Audacy will provide the logistics for enabling digital audio on SWARM The free broadcast and Internet radio platform that specializes in providing space for companies that need broadcasting services.

It offers a scalable platform for audio content and entertainment companies. Audacy is known as the leading broadcasting group that offers premium audio. It has over 170 million listeners with various interests including sports, podcasts, news, and music.
With the addition of the broadcast company’s services, SWARM will be able to present audio advertisements in addition to audio ads. Programmatic audio is preferred by many brands due to its accessibility.
Advertisers opt for programmatic audio ads because of their “ability to reach out to consumers where other ad channels are less productive.” It lets them tap into an audience that usually consumes audio content, particularly Millennials and Centennials.
CloudCommerce CEO Andrew Van Noy is optimistic about this partnership. Noy said, “Our agreement with [Audacy] will add a whole new dimension to SWARM.”
He added, “Audio ads will allow our clients to easily reach critical market segments. Audio programmatic advertising works on the same principles as video ads. Using artificial intelligence, we simply configure the ad campaign parameters to target a particular audience.”
The addition of Audacy’s services allows SWARM to set up programmatic audio ads to come up when target demographics are listening. “Then, it’s a matter of SWARM developing the ad content that fits the campaign goals and measuring the results,” explained Noy.
Meanwhile, CloudCommerce has revealed its plans to change its name to AiAdvertising Inc. Currently, CloudCommerce stock prices are at $0.02, while Audacy is at $4.06.
Audacy has been performing well over the past quarter as it saw a 60% increase in its second-quarter earning compared to 2020 figures, according to a blog posted on its website.
Aside from its deal with CloudCommerce, Audacy recently finalized its acquisition of Podcorn, which is the leading podcast influencer marketplace in the country. It also entered into an agreement with BetMGM, making the company its sports betting partner.
