A Spanish website has leaked information about the Crucial MX300 series SSDs that feature 3D TLC NAND and of which the 750GB should cost around $225. The website elchapuzasinformatico.com reports the MX300 will be available in the 2.5" form-factor in capacities of 275GB, 525GB, 1TB and later also a 2TB drive should follow.

The drives will also come in a M.2 form-factor with capacities of 275GB, 525GB and 1050GB. The MX300 drives will use 3D TLC NAND from the Micron factories that combined with an unknown controller should be able to achieve sequential reads up to 530MB/s and write speeds up to 510MB/s. Random reads are specified at 92,000 and random writes at 83,000.
Durability is reported to be 1.5 millions hours of use and up to 220GB written which is equivalent to writing 120GB every day for 5 years.
Crucial has also added power loss protection, 256-bit AES encryption and provides a 3 year warranty.
The first model is expected to become available in July and will be the 750GB drive that should retail at €199.90 ($225) which is about €0.27 / $0.30 per GB.
