The Dutch website Nu.nl reports that the Dutch copyright organistation BUMA/STEMRA is going to court again(Highest court this time), sueing KaZaA. BUMA/STEMRA could not agree on the last judgement from the Dutch court that KaZaA is not responsible for copyrighted files shared on the KaZaA network. Currently filesharers themselves are responsible in the Netherlands and not the providing network.
BUMA/STEMRA says KaZaA IS responsible and the company goes further then only make software available for filesharing.
The strange thing is that KaZaA has been sold to Sherman Networks in the USA, so who is responsible now, I have no clue
