DVD2one version 1.2.2 has been released, promises speed increase

LALTOO used our news submit to tell us that DVD2one has been updated to version 1.2.2. DVD2one was about the first software available that allows you to backup DVD movies. The software makes it possible to reduce the size of a normal movie DVD (about 9 GB, DVD-9) to a DVD recordable (about 5 GB,  DVD-5).

The software does this by compressing the movie contents, using its own engine. DVD2one 1.2.2 should read VOB files better using less system resources. This should increase overall performance of the software.

Optimized reading of vob files, by using less system resources: Windows is now better accessable when DVD2one is running, it's not 'locked' anymore. DVD2one is even faster now! !
