Looks like the EFF(Electronic Frontier Foundation)is joining forces to help out Kazaa, Music City and Grokster due to the law suit brought about by the RIAA.
"In October, the RIAA and the Motion Picture Association of America sued MusicCity, Kazaa and Grokster for alleged copyright infringement in a move to prevent people from swapping music and films over the Web. The three companies license file-swapping software from Amsterdam-based FastTrack for their increasingly popular services".
Will RIAA win? Hard to say because as most of you know this is not like Napster.
