As we earlier reported has Lik-Sang currently some legal problems with console producers Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft. Lik-Sang a Hong-Kong based company mainly known for selling mod chips, flash linkers and many other console modifying products has been sued by the companies because the companies don't want these products to be sold.
Lik-Sang has now been taken over by Pacific Game Technology, the company that will take care of the orders and the old Lik-Sang company will try to fight against the big three in an upcoming lawsuit.
After Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft filed lawsuits against Lik Sang International Limited and it's Directors in the High Court of Hong Kong alleging Copyright Infringement (for selling so-called Mod Chips) by mid September, the situation is much clearer by now. Lik Sang has been working with international specialists and is about to file strong defense for a long trial. A detailed strategy will be announced in due course. |
