Lite-On LTR-52327S 52/32/52 CD-RW review @ CDRLabs.com

Our friends of CDRLabs have posted a review of
the Lite-On LTR-52327S, one of the latest CD-RW models of Lite-On. The drive
writes CD-Rs at a maxiumum of 52x, CD-RWs at 32x and reads data with the
maximum reading spead of 52x. Besides that it has the usual features of a
Lite-On drive, SMART-BURN and SMART-X to ensure the best quality of burns.
Overall the drive performed very well and this is what CDRLabs had to say:

As a reader, the LTR-52327S's
performance was a lot like Lite-On's 52/24/52 CD-RW, the LTR-52246S. When
reading pressed and CD-R media, the drive was able to reach speeds as high
as 52x, but slowed to 40x when reading CD-RW discs. Like the
LTR-52246S, the LTR-52327S's seek times were also quite good, but its CPU
usage was a little higher than I would have liked. Like Lite-On's other
drives, the LTR-52327S also did very well in our DAE tests. The drive had
no problems ripping audio CD's at 48x and read scratched audio CD's
reasonably well.
